Eligibility Criteria: For Nursery : Children born between 1st April, 2022 to 31st March, 2023 (3 + yrs) will be eligible for nursery.

• The form of a child, whose age is lesser than/more than above mentioned age, will not be accepted.
• The completed form should be submitted along with necessary documents. Incomplete forms without the necessary documents will be rejected. No form will be accepted thereafter.
• Transport facility will be available for Raj Nagar Extension only.
• Online registration form is available on our website https://stmarysmariamnagar.in or in school.
• Please upload all the required documents while filling the form.
• Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents.
• Birth certificate obtained from Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation.
• It is mandatory to have the Name of the child in the birth certificate.
• No changing of Date of Birth certificate permitted after the Registration.
• Aadhar card of Father, Mother & Student (or enrolment Number).
• Name, Date of Birth, father’s name, and mother’s name of the child must be the same in all documents (D.O.B certificate, caste certificate & Aadhar card).
• Registration fee is Rs.370/- (Three Hundred and Seventy Rupees only). This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.
• Decision by the management will be final regarding Selection & Admission.
• Mere Registration does not guarantee admission. Incomplete registration forms & forms without necessary documents will be rejected.
